Rental Agreement
 
  1. An in-store final fitting on the scheduled date is required. Customers declining this fitting assume full responsibility. Ample notice must be given to make any changes needed.
  2. A $40 non-refundable deposit is required at time of reservation.
  3. An accidental damage waiver/processing fee of $7 has been added to this order, which relieves the customer of liability for minor wear and tear but does not cover theft, loss or malicious damage, water soaked, or items damaged due to vehicular accident or fire.
  4. CUSTOMER AGREES TO RETURN THIS RENTAL BY FIRST DAY FOLLOWING USE or pay a $20 per day late fee.
  5. Apparel not returned in good condition within ten (10) days of use date shall be deemed lost or stolen, and proprietor may proceed against customer as it may elect for the full retail value of the rental apparel or the value of rental due together with extended rental fees.
  6. The customer further agrees that all charges assessed against customer in connection with this rental agreement including but not limited to charges described above for late return of, damages to, or loss of rental apparel may be charged against the credit card used to pay rental charges.
  7. Sale is final without recourse, and no refunds will be made after the garment leaves the store. No claims or shortages will be allowed unless reported prior to date of use.

The $59.99 Value Tuxedo rentals at $59.99 are not subject to any coupons. This package includes tuxedo coat, pant, shirt, tie, and vest. Additional restrictions and fees apply. Offer does not apply to any Classic, Fasion. Luxury or Ultra tuxedo rental packages. Offer is subject to change or discontinuation without notice.

Property Left In Rental
 

We are not responsible for any personal property left in a returned rental or garment bag.
